Satya Nadella runs Microsoft makes it official, the company will soon start blocking macro visual basic applications (VBA) by default after secretly moving this new change again.
The company said it would start to hamper office macro in default starting from July 27. This came shortly after Microsoft stopped the launch of macro components which referred to an unspecified “user feedback”, reported Techcrunch.
It is estimated that the underlying launch, which begins before early June, causes problems for organizations that use macro to computerize routine cycles, such as various information or carrying out certain tasks.
In a proclamation given to Techcrunch, Microsoft said it stopped the launch while “made some additional changes to increase use”.

“Therefore, to help improve security in the office, we change the default behavior of office applications to block macro in files from the internet,” he added.
